Menasha - Yvonne Ann Dennee (Wollerman) passed away unexpectedly and peacefully on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. She was born on October 10, 1937, to Ewalt and Irma Wollerman (Beckman). She graduated from Neenah High School and earned a teaching certificate from Wisconsin State College-Oshkosh. After graduating she taught multiple grades in a one-room schoolhouse in the Town of Clayton. After her first child, Linda, was born, she spent the rest of her life as a homemaker.
She married Lawrence Dennee on December 5, 1959. They enjoyed spending time attending concerts and sporting events of their children and grandchildren. They also enjoyed time gardening, cooking/baking and going to church. She loved to sew and remained active making lap blankets for veterans, and quilt tops and children’s jackets that were distributed around the world through Lutheran World Relief.
She is survived by three children Linda (Tom) Neumann, Peter (Eliza) Dennee, and Bill Dennee; two grandchildren Isaiah (Kyra) Dennee and Brady Neumann; one sister Darlene Johnson, one brother Ewalt (Joan) Wollerman, one sister-in-law Bette (Mert) Cooney; one brother-in-law Daniel (Judy) Dennee; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence “Larry” Dennee, her parents; her in-laws, Peter and Bernice Dennee, brothers Vernise (Rose) Wollerman, Wayne Wollerman, sisters Virginia (Eugene) Probst, Ardell (Herbert) Trader, and brother-in-law Howard Johnson and James (Jan) Dennee.
Yvonne lived a good long life and was grateful for all her family and friends. She was baptized, confirmed and married in the Lutheran church. She was a proud member of Our Redeemer and St. Timothy Lutheran Church. She loved going to church every Sunday and helping out when she was able. Most of all, she LOVED children!!!
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lutheran World Relief or a charity of your choice.
Visitation begins at 9am, with service to follow at 11am at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, on Tuesday, July 28th. Address: 809 S Commercial Street, Neenah, WI, 54956, with Pastor David Skarsten officiating.
