Age 91, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2003 in Prescott Arizona. Windy was born December 11, 1911 in New London, Wisconsin. He married Neva Redemann of Fremont. He is survived by his wife, Neva, Prescott; a son, Terry (Joyce) Thomas, Appleton; a daughter, Patti, Prescott; two grandchildren, Dawn (Rafael) Merle, Prescott; Weston (Maria) Steingraber, Green Bay; and six great grandchildren. He is further survived by his brother, Ted Thomas, New London; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jean and Lloyd Zimmer, Marshfield; a sister-in-law, Maxine Redemann, Fremont; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held in Prescott. A graveside service for family and friends who wish to attend will be held, Thursday, July 10, 2003, at 1:30 pm, at Floral Hill Cemetery, in New London, with Deacon Pete Reinl officiating. A memorial fund is being established for the Heart Association.
