William E. Bode, Jr

William E. “Bill” Bode, Jr, age 85, of Appleton, passed away at his home on December 5, 2022 with his loving wife by his side. Bill was born on May 9, 1937 in Troy, New York, to Nolte and William E. Bode, Sr. Bill received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Syracuse University and later earned his Master's Degree in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He was a long-time employee of Albany International where he worked as an Industrial Engineer, retiring in 1999.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara (Forester) Bode of Appleton, his children: William E. (Janice) Bode III, James (Jennifer) Bode and Melinda (Steven) Rucinski, grandchildren Stephanie (Dennis) Allen, Michael (Cassandra) Bode, Andrew Bode, Elizabeth Rucinski, and Hannah Rucinski, 2 great-grandchildren, Zachary and Benjamin Allen, 1 sister Nolte (Dale) Baxter, as well as many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Barbara Sy and Joseph Bode.
