Age 88, passed away in Appleton on Monday, October 13, 2003. He was born in Appleton on July 23, 1915, son of the late Herman and Ella (Luebke) Kositzke. In 1936 he married Myrtle Dreier. They enjoyed 58 years of marriage. She preceded him in death in 1994.

Wilbur is survived by his children: Suzanne (Eugene) Nuernberger of Appleton and Richard Kositzke and very special friend Judy Girard, both of Appleton; grandchildren: Nancy Rogers, Michael (Diane) Nuernberger, Terri Staska, Carrie (Jeff) Fieck and Debra (Dennis) West, all of Appleton; eight great grandchildren; and a brother, Clarence Kositzke of Appleton.

Wilbur is preceded in death by a son, Thomas Kositzke; a great grandson Tommy Rogers in February, 2003; brother, Orville Kositzke; and a sister Elvira Cotter.

Private funeral services will be held.
