Wayne always enjoyed sports. He made many beautiful furnishings for the home and treasured gifts for his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  He also became very interested in gardening and wildlife.  Still most important was family gatherings with his sons and their families.  He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be forever loved and missed.

He is preceded in death by a brother-in-law Alton Basler and his parents Norman and Caroline and mother and father-in-law Frank and Odelia (Joas) Basler.
