Walter Michael Navoichick

July 8, 1939 — August 8, 2011


Walter M. Navoichick, 72, of Menasha, died Monday August 8, 2011 at St
Elizabeth Hospital surrounded by his loving family after a year long
battle with cancer. He was born in Kenosha, WI July 8, 1939, son of
the late Walter and Harriet (Ditter) Navoichick. Walter married
Constance “Connie” (Cripps) October 8, 1960.

Walter worked 25 years at Zwicker Knitting Mills in Appleton. He
enjoyed sports, especially golf. Walter most enjoyed spending time
with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Walter will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 50 years, Connie;
five children: Laura (Nathan) Ruth, Minneapolis, MN, Brian (Melissa),
Combined Locks, WI, Nancy (Russell) Grohman, Neenah, WI, Michael
(Jeri), Appleton, WI, and Allen (April), Appleton; 11 grandchildren: Courtney, Justin, Tyler, Tiffany, Troy, Chayse, Natasha, Jacob, Michael, Quinn, and Paige;
three great-grandchildren: Olivia, Madelyn, and Liam; and one brother, Charles, Kenosha, WI. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Ryan.

In keeping with Walter's wishes no services will be held.

Walter's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr.
Johnson, and the nursing staff at St. Elizabeth hospital for the
wonderful care and comfort they provided. Also thank you to Affinity
Ministry Home Care, to all the visiting nurses that cared for Walter,
and his friends who called or stopped by to visit in his home for the
past year.
