Violet Sagert, 74, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2011 at the Appleton Medical Center.
Violet was born on September 15, 1936 in Appleton to the late George and Caroline (Christensen) Dingeldein Sr. She married Charles Sagert in Milwaukee in 1970. Violet was active in her community and she volunteered at the Thompson Center, the Performing Art Center, and the Community Clothes Closet. She was also a member of Zion Lutheran Church and choir, the Red Hat Society, and THE KINGS JESTERS CLOWN MINISTRY TROUPE.
Violet is survived by one brother George Dingeldein Jr., Boise, Idaho, and two sisters; Mildred (Lee) Schuh, Shawano, and Ethel (Ralph) Gehring, Shiocton, sister-in-law, Judith Woehler, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Violet was preceded in death by her foster parents, Walter and Alice Woehler, her husband, and brothers and sisters; Dorothy Dingeldein, Fritz Dingeldein, Dewey Dingeldein, Florence Schinke, Marion Hickinbothan, Elaine Woehler, and Robert Woehler.
In keeping with Violets wishes, she will be laid to rest privately next to her husband in Riverside Cemetery.
