Thomas L. Makofski

Thomas L. Makofski, 84, was born on April 7, 1941, and entered his final resting place May 23, 2025. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Louise, his brother James, an infant daughter, Michelle Kay, and Uncle Wilfred and Aunt Cecelia. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Pat and their two children, Mark (Marylynne) and Lana (Jim Lepinski) and four grandchildren Elizabeth, Ellyn, Jason, and Jordan.

Tom worked at Banta Paper Mill until he went into real estate. He did some mortgage banking and then worked in sales until he retired. His true passions were model railroad and photography.

Tom was fiercely proud of his family, his service to his country, his faith, and especially of his Polish heritage. Tom was a wonderful example to his children and grandchildren. By the Grace of God, he was devoted to his wife with the highest form of love-Agape love. He will be sorely missed.

There will be a funeral mass on Friday June 13, 2025. The visitation will be from 9am to 11am with the service starting at 11am at St. Mary Catholic Church 528 2nd St. Menasha WI 54952.
