Thomas M. Johnson, 31, of Appleton, died Tuesday August 2, 2011, at Appleton Medical Center. Thomas was born in Sheboygan, WI. June 26, 1980, son of Michael Johnson and Lorraine (Wright) Petersen.
Thomas spent most of his life in Negaunee, MI going to school, making friends and memories that lasted a lifetime. He is survived by his fiancé, Sheryl Chambers, Appleton; his daughter, Fiona, and son, Carter; father, Michael (Geraldine), Kohler, WI. mother, Lorraine Petersen, Gulf Port, MS; sister, Lisa Johnson, Gulf Port, MS; step-sister, Jacqueline, Sheboygan, WI. and step-brother, Derek, Sheboygan, WI. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, and his Uncle, Ken.
