Obituary

You know the old cliché

Death is all a part of life.

Thank you for understanding and accepting of what is happening.

It’s better than just dying without any last time communication and such.

I have been very fortunate throughout my life being a part of a wonderful family, Laurie, Rick, Shirley. Including my new extended family after meeting Toni and her 2 great kids Josh and Abigail, husband Tim Raddatz and then came the grandkids Owen and Cecelia.

I could not have asked for more in my career, meeting and having the pleasure of working with so many amazing customers (lifelong friends), amazing employees (lifelong friends). And even over the many years, becoming like family.Soon I will be in a happier place and someday so will you.

Remember our good times, and even some of the bad, because that all counts towards the end result. For me, working hard was happiness and satisfaction (just like my father Vern, brother Randy, and right-hand men and woman…John, Jason (Paco), Kuk and Julie.

I know there were many more around me that felt the same dedication and satisfaction.

I’m sorry, but per my request, there will be no formal service…you all know what to do.

My gathering place of choice would be Jim’s Place Bar, but only if it still smells like stale beer like the old days.

I will have a $10.00 running tab for those who care to join…but the Carew Cousins are on their own (Ha! One last time!)

-Steve
