Stacie Ferguson, 55, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, in the quiet presence of her family’s love. Strengthened by her unwavering faith and held by a circle of friends whose prayers spanned miles, she was entrusted to rest until we meet again.
Stacie was a beautiful soul who never did anything halfway. She carried herself with strength, humor, and heart. She had a spark that was unmistakably hers. Her laugh was contagious and her energy magnetic. She made friends easily and kept them for life. She was the hostess, the one who made everyone feel cared for. She had a quick wit and brought light and laughter into every room.
Stacie built a respected career in technology and leadership which spanned over 30 years. She joined Microsoft in 2014, where she managed major accounts and earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Her success came from her ability to build strong relationships, solve complex problems, and lead with integrity.
Stacie and her husband of 18 years, Tim, shared a love of experiences. They cooked together, discovered new restaurants and wines, traveled the world, and hosted family and friends. Their home was often full, and she loved it that way.
Family was everything to Stacie. As a daughter, sister, aunt, and grandmother, she was warm, loyal, and steady. She loved fiercely and was always there when it mattered.
Her greatest joy was being a mother. She thought of every detail and celebrated every milestone for her daughters, Olivia and Ellie, with unwavering pride. In December 2025, she embraced her newest and most cherished role as grandma. Her granddaughter, Lunden, arrived just eight weeks ago and immediately became the center of her heart. The joy on her face when she held Lunden was unmistakable. She adored her.
Stacie was a committed runner. She set goals, put in the miles, and inspired others with her discipline and determination. Even when she could no longer run, she continued to encourage those around her. That was who she was. She lifted people up.
Her cancer diagnosis came in 2019, but it did not define her. She faced it the same way she lived, with determination and grit. With the extraordinary care of the team at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, she was given nearly 7 more years to love, to work, to travel, and to become a grandmother. For that time, her family is deeply grateful.
Stacie is survived by her husband, Tim Ferguson; her daughters, Ellie Bogan and Olivia Lauterborn (Drew); her granddaughter, Lunden; her mother, Becky Boehler; her sister, Karrie Drobnick; her nieces, Kathryn Zartner (Tom), Addison Drobnick, and Avery Drobnick; her father-in-law, Gene Ferguson; Tim’s daughter, Claire Schumacher (Eli); her daughters’ father, David Bogan; and countless dear friends and colleagues.
She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Boehler; her aunt Cecelia Fisher; and her brother, Tony Boehler, who we know welcomed her with open arms.
Her life will be honored on Monday, February 9th beginning with a visitation at 9 AM at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (N2385 Municipal Dr., Greenville, WI) followed by Mass at Noon. Lunch will be served after Mass.
