Shirley Stickney, age 72, of Clintonville, passed away Friday, June 16, 2006, at Appleton Medical Center after a lengthy fight with cancer.
Shirley is survived by her husband Rueben of 53 years; four daughters, Shirley (Maury) Wiese, Rose (Charles) Miller, Kathy (Charles) Thiel, and Julie (fiance’ Robert Solberg, Sr. “Bobby Darren”) Stickney; there are 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Shirley enjoyed bowling, making quilts for her grandchildren, crocheting, and having family gatherings.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 19, 2006, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 North Superior Street. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the funeral home.
