Sharon Schend

Sharon Schend, 80, peacefully departed this world on April 13, 2024, in Appleton. She was born on February 18, 1944, in Iola, Wisconsin to Milo and Ruth Rollfeson.

Sharon attended Appleton High School and worked many years for J.J. Keller and Associates as an administrative secretary. Outside of work, Sharon found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her gardening green thumb was well-known among friends and family. She had a talent for cooking that brought people together and was an avid pet lover and had many dogs over the course of her life. One of Sharon's happiest memories was traveling to Italy and Mexico with her children. Sharon's warm smile and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, hard work, and dedication will continue to inspire generations to come.
 
Sharon is survived by her daughter Kelly (Tom) Jesse and brother Llyod (Marnie) Rollfeson. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, son Jeff Schend and sister Mary Peterson.

A visitation for Sharon will occur on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM at Calvary Chapel of Appleton, 2136 E. Newberry St. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton, WI.
