Sharon Ann Kuehne

Sharon Ann Kuehne, age 77, passed away on June 13, 2025, at St Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. She was born on August 4, 1947, to the late Marvin and Marcia (Buelow) Schuelke in Neenah, WI. Upon graduating from Menasha High School, she met Tom Kuehne, and during Tom’s Air Force service, the couple shared letters across the miles. The couple married in Menasha, and when he was transferred to California, they lived there. Upon Tom’s discharge from the Air Force, they moved to the Town of Center and began their family. Tom died in 1983, and Sharon raised their two children.

Sharon focused her time on caring for her family and working outside the home. She loved to shop and enjoyed decorating-they were truly her passions. She was always finding a new purchase to place in her “storehouse” of things in her home.

Sharon is survived by her children Kurt (Nicole) Kuehne and Stacie (Dave) Sachse; grandchildren Czenzi & Eleri Kuehne and Kiefer & Jaxon Sachse; her brother Ron (Mary) Schuelke; her niece Julie; nephew Paul as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by husband Tom; her parents and her sister Bonnie Koerner.

At Sharon’s request, a private graveside service will take place in the coming weeks.

Sharon’s family would like to thank the Gardens at Fountain Way staff for their loving care of her in her last years. In addition, thank you to the staff of Compassus Hospice, as well as the ICU staff at St Elizabeth Hospital.
