Sandra Jane “Sandy” “Ma” Frelich, age 73, of Kaukauna, passed away on November 2, 2021. Sandra was born on August 1, 1948 in Appleton to Lawrence and Delores (Siebers) Vosters. She was a graduate of St. John Catholic School in Little Chute. On July 6, 1968 she married Jack Frelich at St. John Catholic Church in Little Chute. She was a long-time employee at Humana in Green Bay for over 23 years. She also worked as a racecar washer, candy maker, and graphics design artist.
Sandy was a special lady who never met a person she didn’t like. She was an active member at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Kaukauna where she volunteered. She was the glue that held our family together. There wasn’t much she wouldn’t do for anyone who knew her. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She loved reading, crafts, puzzles, racing and her pets.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by: her husband Jack, her children Jeff (Tammy) Frelich, Jenny (Jim) Geurts, Shawn (Amanda) Frelich, Sheila (Shawn) Heim, 12 grandchildren, Heather (Brad) Coffee, James (Laura) Frelich, Michael Frelich, Brittney (Ryan) Marquardt, Dennis (Marnie) Lewins, Jody (Alexis) Geurts, Jessie (Justin) Geurts, Ally Frelich, Cody (Mercedes) Heim, Mandy (Brice) Heim, Chalyce Bodde, Dorothy Heim, 16 great-grandkids, with one in the making, Aubrey, Jaylynn, Karson, Alex, Juan, Dennis, Jackson, Brentley, Oakleigh, Bristol, Dezi, Brandon, Joslyn, Leo, Landyn, Sawyer, 1 sister, Barb (Jerry) Wolf, sisters-in-law Carol Thyssen, and Susan (Richard) DeRuyter, brothers-in-law Carl (Delores) Frelich, Lyle (Cheri) Frelich, and Victor Frelich as well as many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack’s parents, Victor and Mary Frelich, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Lawrence and Susan Vosters, Roger Frelich, James Frelich, Joyce Frelich, Alex and Jane Brault, and Ralph Thyssen.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday November 6, 2021 at 1:00pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 309 Desnoyer Street in Kaukauna with Rev. Donald Everts officiating. There will be a visitation on Saturday from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Burial will be at a later date at St. John Cemetery in Little Chute.
