Sandra A Wicinske

November 12, 1947 — February 22, 2021

Neenah – Sandra A. Wicinske, 73, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 22, 2021, at her home with her family by her side. She was born on November 12, 1947, in Neenah, the daughter of George and Olive (Miller) Kluba. Sandy met her true love, John M. Wicinske, just a month before the couple graduated from Appleton High School in 1966, and they were united in marriage on August 12, 1967, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Appleton. With beauty, bravery, kindness and God’s guidance, Sandy and John began their family, blessed with two children and a wonderful life of love and partnership in 53 years of marriage.

Sandy loved and treasured her family and friends, and she had a gift for making everyone feel special. She celebrated uniqueness and originality, and she offered an endless supply of encouragement, love and support.

Sandy made friends everywhere she went, and she had a compliment and a smile for everyone she met along the way. Her love for her family and friends and her faith in God inspired Sandy to give back to others through charitable acts and volunteer programs throughout her life, locally and internationally.

Sandy is lovingly remembered by her husband, John; children, Shelley (Jolie Snow) and John (Claire); brother, Greg; sisters, Georgia, Paula, Genia (Brian) and Kim (Rick); sister-in-law, Judy Gosha; and many deeply loved nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, George and Olive Kluba; brother, Steve Kluba; parents-in-law, John J. and Lorraine Wicinske; brothers-in-law, Mike Gosha (Judy) and Jerry Van Stippen (Paula); and sister-in-law, Rosemary (Greg).
