Age 89, went to be with the Lord on Friday April 13, 2007. Sally was born March 12, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan daughter of the late Robert and Marie (DeBall) Verduyn. She married Peter “Leo” Vercauteren on June 5, 1936. Sally is survived by her son Fred (Mary) Vercauteren, Appleton; her daughter, Nancy Kearney of Colorado; her grandchildren, Keri (John) Vosters, David (Susan) Vercauteren, Larry (Rocky) Kearney, Robert (Jen) Kearney, Sharon (Mike) St. Charles, and Susan Kearny. She is also survived by her brother Hank (Margaret) Verduyn, Michigan, her great grandchildren; Haley, Kara and Chloe Vosters, Nicole and Alexis Vercauteren, Brent and Justin Kearney, and Kailyn St. Charles. Sally was preceded in death by her husband Leo, her sister, Velma Serio and her son in law, Lee Kearney. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mom& Grandma, we will miss your kind and gentle ways and wonderful sense of humor.
