Ruth Marcella Porter

Ruth Marcella Porter, 93, of Menasha, passed away November 23, 2020. She was born May 1, 1927 to Frederick and Mary Weber. She lived her entire life in Menasha, raising ten children. Ruth loved playing slots at the Oneida Casino and spending time with her family. She was very independent, caring for other people rather than letting them care for her. Catholicism was a big part of her life. She said a prayer every night for her children.

Ruth was proceeded in death by her husband, Robert Sr. and son, David.

She is survived by her children, Mary, Barbara, Carol, Bobby Jr., Susan, Jim, Connie, Debbie, and Patty; niece Audrey Jansen; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Many will remember her loving nature and her great sense of humor. Special thanks to Audrey for all the wonderful love and care she gave Ruth over the years.
