Ruth M. Boelter, 83, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015 at Appleton Medical Center.

She was a den mother with the cub scouts when her children were young and was always there with a cake or bars for many birthdays, family events and church funerals. Ruth enjoyed sewing, flower gardening, watching the pelicans on the river, watching the ships go by on Lake Superior or just sitting with Arlin on their red front porch watching the people go by. Short rides in the country made her happy along with shopping for antiques. Ruth was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Appleton.
