Reick, Rosalie C.

Rosalie Cecilia Reick, age 91, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 4, 2010. She was born in Kaukauna on December 20, 1918, the daughter of the late Henry and Philomena (Weber) Wimberger. On December 18, 1943, Rosalie married Clarence Reick, who precedes her in death. Rosalie was a tender-hearted person who enjoyed visiting with her brother and sisters and watching her son and grandchildren participate in sports.

Rosalie is survived by her son, Ron (Naomi) Reick of New London; grandchildren: Michael, Laura (Michael) Daury, Jonathan (Jodi) Reick, Ryan; great-grandchildren: Skyla and Rick Daury, Kyra and Hadley Reick, William Pahlow, Cooper Reick and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by grandson, Russell Reick; sisters, Martha Maine and Ann Kersten and brother, Cy Wimberger.

A funeral service for Rosalie will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 8, 2010, at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, with the Rev. Marcus Schulz officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

Rosalie's family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Kindred Hearts for all their care for Rosalie.
