Roger Kenneth Liesch

Roger K. Liesch, 76, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021, at his home. He was born on May 23, 1944, in Mattoon, Wisconsin, the son of Herfert and Norma (Leiskau) Liesch. Roger had a passion for cars. He enjoyed watching car shows and fix it shows, attending car shows, buying cars, fixing cars for family and friends and working as a trailer mechanic for Schneider National. Roger had a strong devotion to God and his family. He was always willing to help lend a hand. He believed in higher education and a strong work ethic. Roger enjoyed camping in his free time with friends and family.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, and a son and daughter-in-law: Bruce (Kathy) Liesch.

Roger is survived by his life partner: Sherry Liesch; 2 sons: Brian (Barbara) Liesch and Brent (Jennifer) Liesch; 8 grandchildren: Christi (Jake) Albert, Sheri (Matt) Wong,  Anne (Emmett) Gordon, Brittni (boyfriend Tyler Sellers) Liesch, Jenna (fiancé Brandon Pierce) Liesch, Hagan, Emmett, and Emery Liesch; 4 great grandchildren: Avery and Rose Albert, and Cadence and Zoey Wong; 2 sisters: Judy (Noel) Marcks and Janet Gast; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm, on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Tri-County Chapel, 1592 Oneida St., Menasha. Visitation will be on Thursday at the funeral chapel from 2:00 pm until the time of the service. Inurnment will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Bowler, Wisconsin.
