Robin "Rob" Lee Johnson, Jr

Robin Lee “Rob” Johnson, Jr., age 57, of Neenah, formerly of Menasha, passed away on September 6, 2022 after a long illness. Rob was born on October 27, 1964 in Neenah to Robin and Suzanne (Birling) Johnson. He attended Menasha High School. He was employed with Napuck Salvage in Neenah for over 16 years. Family and friends mattered to Rob more than anything and he always loved family get togethers. He was also very good with his hands and loved to do work around his mom’s house, repairing things she needed fixed. He loved all kinds of music and was an avid George Harrison fan. He loved walking and being outdoors, He was also a history buff and enjoyed watching the history channel.

He will be sadly missed by his mother Suzanne (Johnson) Carter, his fiancé Roxanne Jansen, 8 siblings: Vicki (Royal) Berggren, Mike Johnson, Douglas Johnson, Duane “Peanut” (Mary) Johnson, Cindy (Jerry) Ewig, Cathy (Rick) Robbins, Jeff (Lynn) Johnson, and Tim (Katy) Johnson, as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his father, Robin Johnson, Sr., stepfather Ed Carter, siblings: Debbie Casperson, Patrick Johnson, infant sister Tammy Johnson as well as two of his closest friends, Ricky Simons and Todd Harrison.

Funeral Services for Rob will be on Tuesday September 13, 2022 at 1:00pm at Wichmann Funeral Homes, Laemmrich Chapel on Milwaukee Street in Menasha with Fr. James Jugenheimer officiating. There will be a gathering at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00am until the time of the service. Burial will be at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Menasha.
