Richard "Rick" A. Popey, age 69 of Menasha, WI passed away on August 23, 2026. He will be dearly missed by his family and those who knew him. In respect to Rick's wishes, no formal funeral services will be held. Rick will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton, WI.
