Paul David Sitter

Paul passed away on May 4, 2026. He was born on July 20, 1949, in South Gate, CA, the son of Harold and Ruth (nee Hudspeth) Sitter, who have preceded him in death.

Paul is survived by his wife of 57 years, Kristy (nee Koester) Sitter; children, Paul David Jr. (Shirley) Sitter, Sara Ruth (David) Yetter, and Michael Edward (Lisa) Sitter; grandchildren, Kailyn (Julia) Sitter, Nicole (Daniel) Calabrese, Zachary (Lisa) Mys, Max Yetter, Luci Yetter, and Rayna Sitter; great-grandchildren, Hazel and Jaxon Mys, and Elias and Sophia Calabrese; sister, Barbara Sitter; in-laws, Linda (Chuck) Thompson, Lana (Craig) Wilson, and Randy Koester; nieces and nephews, Jessica (Adam) Vishy, Matthew (Jayson) Thompson, Amy (Hank) Highfield, Chad (Jessica) Wilson, Chris (Fre) Koester, and Andy Koester; best friends Ray and Marge Bruder, Linda Repenshek, and many other relatives and friends.

He graduated from Menasha High School in 1967 and was in the Army Reserves from 1968 to 1974. He spent 40 years working at Appleton Papers.

Paul loved his family and loved spending time with his kids, taking them on several cross-country trips. He was also an avid reader, and enjoyed spending his time playing board games, video games, and cards.

Per his wishes there will be a private family funeral.
