Paul Michael "Phish" Stemen

Paul Michael Stemen, age 36, of Sherwood, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly at home on July 19, 2021. He was born in Santa Barbara, California to Pegge Stark and Paul Stemen on July 30, 1984. He attended school in Carpenteria, California where he excelled at baseball. Years later, he settled in Wisconsin where he met his wife, Mary. They were married on September 29, 2006 in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Paul had a passion for cooking and was employed at The Harbor Bar and Grill in Stockbridge as the kitchen manger and chef. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends as well as playing golf and baseball.

Paul is preceded in death by his younger brother Mykey, his stepfather Bob, his uncle Michael, and Mary’s parents.

He was a loving husband to Mary and proud father to their four children: Joshua, Alexandria, Paul Jay and Adam. In addition to his parents, he was a caring brother to his sister Angela. He also leaves extended family in California and Wisconsin.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Wichmann Funeral Home Tri County Chapel, 1592 Oneida St, Menasha. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
