Patricia M. Kosiorek

Patricia M. Kosiorek of Menasha, age 95, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017. She was born in Neenah, WI, on July 7, 1922, of the late Clara and Edward Arft. Pat was a life-long resident of Doty Island. She was employed by Gilbert Paper Mill prior to her marriage. She married Bernard Kosiorek, June 1, 1946, and they enjoyed 65 years together prior to his passing. She was a gentle, quiet person who loved her family and enjoyed their get-togethers. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Pat was a life-long member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Menasha.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ben, her son John, her sister Dorothy, and brothers Don, Jack, and Robert.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Arft, children Thomas (Mary Jo), Sherwood, Rick (Judy), Darboy, Gary (Bonnie), Appleton and Debora (Joseph) Menasha; her grandchildren Derek (Sarah), Tyler (Kristina), Ryan (Brittney), Mitchell (Elizabeth), Brent (Cassy), Benjamin, Abbey, and Megan; nine great grandchildren; sister-in-laws Joan Arft, and Vonnie Arft.

The mass of Resurrection will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 320 Nicolet Blvd, Menasha, with Father Jim Hablewitz officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service. Interment will be in St. Margaret’s Cemetery. A memorial will be established in her name.
