Patricia Ann Ward, 77, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 4, 2018, with her family by her side.
Patricia is survived by her husband: Melvin; 5 children: Andy (Kathy) Ward, Cathy (Tim) Hietpas, Cindy (Ruben) Hensler, Betty (Mark Cypcar) Ward, and Diana (John) Gosz; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter: May Van Dyke.
Per Pat's wishes, no services will be held.
