Norma Jean Tomas

Norma Jean Tomas, age 67, of Menasha, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015, at Manor Care in Appleton. On January 9, 1948, Norma Jean was born in Monee, Illinois to the late Norman Glenn and Rose Marie (Binge) Hodson.
Jeanie enjoyed flower gardening and going to the casino. Most of all, her pride and joy was her family. Spending time with her children and grandchildren made her the happiest.
Jeanie will be missed by her loving children: John (Tonia) Tomas Jr., Paula Tomas-Klockzien, and Robert (Isabella) Tomas; her grandchildren: Tatiana (Aaron), Sadie, Coley Jr., Natasha, John Paul III, Andrea, Lily, and Cooper; her great-grandchildren: Taniya, Aariana, and Harper; her brother, Robert (Cindy) Hodson; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Susan Hodson, and her best friend, Ruthie.
A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2015, at Wichmann Funeral Home-Laemmrich Chapel, 312 Milwaukee Street in Menasha. A Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the kind staff at St. Elizabeth's Fremont Wing for the compassionate care given to Jeanie, as well as the loving staff at Manor Care, especially Caroline and Trisha for their care and friendship over the past few months.
