Mary Frances Vallard

VALLARD, MARY FRANCES

Mary Fran, age 80, awesome wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, peacefully passed away on Friday, June 25, 2010. Mary was born on August 1, 1929, in Kingsford, Michigan, to the late Franklin and Mary (Trudell) Waring. She married Gerald Vallard on September 25, 1949; he preceded her in death on May 5, 2001. Survivors include her children, David (Barbara) Vallard, Michael Vallard, Dennis (Teri) Vallard, Gerald (Pat) Vallard and Lori (Kevin) Zimmer; her twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; her brother George (Cecile) Waring and her sister, Jean (Craig) Wenzel Shirley; and her special friend and member of the family, Paul Roovers. She was preceded in death by her sons, Tommy and Steven, and her brother “Buzzy” Waring. Respecting Mary's wishes, a private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Sandy and Debbie for their loving care. A memorial has been established in Mary's name.
