Martin Perez

Martin (Marty) Perez passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at St Elizabeth Hospital. He was born on February 16, 1954 in Indiana the son of Isaias (Ike) Perez, Diana and William (stepfather) Velazquez. He was a veteran of the US Army in which he served 17 years overseas.   

 

Martin is survived by his children and grandchildren: Melissa Beaulieu (Brady, Kyle, Dylan and Sawyer); Eli Perez, Tracy Vanden Bloomer (Penelope and Juniper). His brothers and sisters, Richard Perez; Joseph Velazquez; Beatrice Trojanowski; Diana Muehe and Antionette (Toni) Hermann. His brother Raul Velazquez preceded him in death and will forever be in our hearts. Lisa Perez, mother of Melissa and Eli, always held a special place in his heart. To all his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

 

Martin's greatest joy in life was his children, grandchildren and family. We will honor him with a Celebration of Life on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Muehe Recreation Center, 7151 Hartford St, Bridgeview, IL 60455 from 10:30am-1:30pm. Please join his family to reminisce all the good times we had with Marty.
