Mark S. Pickett

Mark Spencer Pickett passed away peacefully at age 53 on August 3, 2026. His passing leaves a deep and profound ache in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Mark was born on November 15, 1972, the youngest of four children. Mark is survived by is father, Searl Pickett; his siblings, Jill Pickett, Amy (Steve) VanRoy-Stedl, and Mike (Annie) Pickett; his nieces and nephews, Owen VanRoy, Ryan Pautz, Skylar, and Reed Pickett; his step-children, Jonathan and Jennifer Land and their spouses and kids; as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles, other extended relatives, and dear friends.

Mark married Diane Land on November 1, 2007. She was the love of his life. Mark and Diane made a home in Shawano. Mark worked as an electrician at Krueger Electric in Appleton and Witske Electric in Oshkosh. Later, he worked at Infinity Machine and Engineering Corporation as a Technical Specialist and Machine Programmer.

Mark is preceded in death by his wife, Diane Pickett; his mother, Sally Pickett; his aunt and uncles, Sue Seibert, Gilbert Seibert, and Elliot Pickett; his paternal and maternal grandparents; and his cats, Ninja and Shadow.

In respect to Mark’s wishes, his family will be holding a private memorial service in honor of his life.
