Marion De Voy

Marion Catherine De Voy, age 98, passed away peacefully at home on June 16, 2022.  Marion was born on December 8, 1923, in Lamartine, WI, to Frank and Pauline (Mertens) Gratton.  She attended Fond Du Lac High School, later in life moving to Colorado. Marion worked as an accountant at K-mart before moving back to Wisconsin in 1987.  She enjoyed lawn care and mowing, volunteering as St. Vincent De Paul, and praying the rosary. 

She is survived by her children: Dennis (Carol) Flasch Sr., Marilyn (the late Frank) Binder, and Michael (Bonnie) Flasch; grandchildren: Michelle Ireland, Dennis Flasch II, Shannon (Chris) Groher, Shayna Binder, Chantelle (John) Toth, the late Francis Binder, Adam (Stephanie) Flasch, Steven (Stephanie) Flasch, and Gina (Andy) Troost; great grandchildren: Hannah, Allyson, Emily, Layla, Miranda (Jeremiah), Morgan, Maguelle, Mataya, Kyle, Conner, Justin, Cammie, Alex, Nicolas, Michael, Evelyn, Agnes, Imogen, Cole, and Elizabeth; great great grandchildren: Ashton, Matthew, Payton, Theodore and Otis.  She is further survived by her sisters: Bea Galle and Ruth Mauer.  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Agnes, brothers Al and Francis, and sister-in-law Joan. 

The Funeral Liturgy for Marion will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, June 24, 2022, at ST. PIUS X CATHOLIC CHURCH, 500 W Marquette St., Appleton.  The visitation will be held from 9:00 am until the time of service.
