Lynn M. Eickhoff, 62, of Darboy, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012 surrounded by her family.
Lynn was born on December 19, 1949 to Ernest and Grace (Verstagen) Revoir. She married Dennis Eickhoff on October 2, 1970 at St. John Catholic Church. While working Lynn spent for many years in the insurance field. She always enjoyed her family, friends and her social gatherings with the neighbors, including Packer parties. In her younger years she was a very avid boater and was the president and secretary of the Fox Valley Friendship Boat Club. Lynn enjoyed playing cribbage and organized many leagues. Lynn's family was the most important thing to her and she always enjoyed bringing everyone together. She was a great cook with many special recipes. Lynn was very proud of her children's accomplishments, and she was looking forward to her daughter's wedding.
Lynn is survived by her husband Dennis Eickhoff, her children; Sarah (fiancée Terry Smith) Eickhoff of Menasha, and Eric Eickhoff of Appleton, two grandchildren, Alexis and Jordan Smith, her brother Steve (fiancée Carol Brick) Revoir, Peggy (Jeff) Mader. She is further survived by her brothers-in-law; Kirk (Linda) Eickhoff, Tim (Lindsey) Eickhoff, a sister-in-law, Mary (Bob) Brumm, a special friend, Peggy Feldkamp, many Godchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral liturgy will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 12:00 PM at ST. JOHN CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 Pine St. Little Chute) with Fr. Jim Hablewitz officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of her care givers especially those at the 8th floor at Appleton Medical Center “Lynn's Hilton”, the Theda Care system, and the Fresenius Dialysis center. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Lynn's name.
