Lucy K. Tobin, age 58, passed away at Cherry Meadows Hospice, Appleton, on Saturday, December 19, 2009. Lucy was born in Wisconsin on July 8, 1951. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Lucy enjoyed traveling with her husband Mike, time spent with her grandchildren and socializing with family and friends. Lucy loved the ocean, warm weather and working in her flower garden. Survivors include her husband, Mike Tobin; her mother, Lillian Everts; her children, Tim (Tirzah) Miller, and their children, Cody, Tessa and Reid; Tami Miller; and Terry (Melissa) Miller and their daughter, Alison; and her sister, Sue Kupris. She is further survived by several nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. Memorial services will be at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2009, at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME—TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, Menasha, with Rev. Ann Barker officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
