Lorraine Elizabeth (Dreyer) Gass, age 89, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2009. She was born in Milwaukee on April 29, 1920, the daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth Dreyer. Lorraine was a dedicated homemaker to her three wonderful children. She enjoyed painting, cooking and took pride in her rose bushes. Lorraine was a loyal member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Post 38. Above all, she loved spending time with family and especially her great-grandchildren.

Lorraine is lovingly survived by her children: Ray Gass of Kimberly, Donald (Karen) Gass of Nekoosa; grandchildren: Brian (Deanna) Gass of Appleton, Steven Gass of Nekoosa; great-grandchildren: Jacob and Corrine Gass and sister-in-law, Evelyn Dreyer. Lorraine is preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Gass and brothers: Robert Dryer and Jackie Dryer and daughter-in-law, Marlene Gass.

Lorraine's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all the staff at Colony Oaks for all their care and support for Lorraine.
