Lisa D. Worzalla, age 51 of Little Chute passed away on March 17, 2016 at her home, after a courageous 12 month battle with cancer, with her family by her side. Lisa was born on December 28, 1964 in Kewaunee, Wisconsin to Edward J and Doreen L. (Wooley) Gilson. She was a graduate of Kewaunee High School. On June 15, 1996 she married Dave Worzalla in Kaukauna. Family was most important to Lisa but, to Lisa, everyone was family. She was especially proud of her children and grandchildren. First and foremost, she was a homemaker and over the years, she took many children into her home, babysitting for her friends and neighbors. She was a patient, loving and caring woman who always put others before herself, even strangers. She loved holidays and especially loved Halloween and Christmas. She was an awesome cook and also loved baking and gardening.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Dave, children: Daniel Duffeck of Little Chute; Jamie (Yoro) Sabally of Kaukauna; grandchildren: Keaton Duffeck; Kobe Sabally; Kalisa Sabally, brother and sisters: Randy (Linda) Gilson of Little Suamico; Carol (Dean) Schuh of Shawano; Pat (Roland Collins) Juza of Algoma; Christine (Dennis) Duffeck of Algoma as well as many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
