Age 79, died Friday, April 2, 2004, at The Renaissance Assisted Care facility. Levern was born on October 31, 1924, in Coleman, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Adolph and Clara (Lemieux) Castonia. She married Jack Bolton on August 22, 1964, in Milwaukee; he preceded her in death on January 1, 1980. Levern is survived by four step-children, Ben (Linda) Bolton, Jack (Heidie) Bolton, Simone (Ron) Marasco, all of Elm Grove, and Michelle McCallister, Milwaukee; her daughter-in-law, Kathleen Vestrem, Jupitor, Florida; her sisters, Joyce Milquet, Green Bay, and Cleo (Milton) Fannin, Hortonville; her brother Donald (Mary) Castonia, Menasha; and her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Craig, and her sister, Clymine. Private funeral services will be held. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at The Renaissance and ThedaCare Hospice for their loving care.
