Lana N. Davis

Lana Noreen Davis, (nee) Ho-Young of Oshkosh, WI passed away peacefully on March 10th 2025, at home. She was born on September 14th 1943, in Kingston Jamaica, the daughter of Ernest and Violet Ho-Young (Weller). Lana attended Alpha Academy High School and after graduating, she worked in the airline industry for over 30 years. She married Michael Gordon-Martin (deceased) in 1962 and her second marriage was to Horace H.O. Davis in 1973. Lana was a woman of faith and an avid reader who read every Book in the Holy Bible twice, and she was passionate about giving, volunteering and helping those who were less fortunate. Even though she had several opportunities to travel, her intense fear of flying stopped her from travelling, however, she did her world travel from the comfort of her favorite chair instead. She loved her family and friends immensely and loved to entertain, always looking forward to sharing a meal and conversations with family and friends.

Lana was survived by her cour Children: Leslie; Christopher; Peter; and Carla; Grandchildren: Courtney, Danielle, Michael and Rachel; Great Grandchild: Cassidy and many nieces and nephews.

Lana was preceded by her parents: Ernest and Violet Ho-Young.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
