Kristin L. Kohlman

Kristin Kohlman, 41, passed away surrounded by her family on July 31, 2025. She fought bravely for 9 years. She was born on June 30, 1984, to her parents Randy and Kathy (Kuester) Ebbens in Neenah, Wisconsin.

She was raised in Appleton. Graduating from Appleton East High School in 2002. She met the love of her of life Matthew in 2010. They were married on June 8, 2013.

Kristin loved to travel, from going up north to being on the beach. She also loved being at the pool. She was a huge Taylor Swift and Chicago Cubs fan. She was a great party planner and loved Christmas.

She is survived by her husband Matthew, her parents, children Trinity, Bryce Ebbens, Camden, Blake, Kenzie, father-in-law Dennis Kohlman; brother and sister-in-law Mike and Jess Kohlman, aunt Karla Bergel, uncles Brian (Nancy) Kuester and Bob Kuester, aunt Sue (Joe) Van Dehy, aunt Diane Mischler, nephews, nieces, extended family and many friends.

Kristin is preceded in death by her mother-in-law MaryLou Kohlman, grandparents Alan and Lorraine Kuester, George Ebbens and Jackie Ebbens, and her faithful companion Ginger.

There will be a funeral service on August 6, 2025 at Wichmann Funeral Home at 537 N Superior St. Appleton WI 54911. Visitation will be from 2pm to 5pm with the service starting at 5pm. Pastor Gary Schultz will be officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
