Kenneth Lundquist

Ken Lundquist, age 83, passed away at his home unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Ken was born in Ironwood, Michigan on September 8, 1927, son of the late Charles and Eva (Nordel) Lundquist. For many years, he was married to the former Angeline Montonati; she preceded him in death in 1992. Ken was employed in the paper industry during his working years, retiring from InterLake (Consolidated) Papers. He enjoyed sports of all kinds, NASCAR, and spending time on his computer.

He is survived by a brother: Earl (Marcie) Erickson of Minnesota, and their daughters Evelyn and Marilyn; a nephew: Michael Montonati of Appleton; and a niece and her family: Gloria Jansen of Appleton and her children:

Cindy Kaufman and her children: Dan Kaufman, Jr., Shawn Kaufman and his fiancée
Corrie and their daughters Hailey and Abby who will be born soon; and Courtney Jansen;

Martin Jansen and his children: Brittany Jansen and Jeremy Jansen and his daughter MyKenna.

Laurie (Jim) Frieders and their children: Ashley Jansen and her son J.; and Nathan McGoey and his son Jackson.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Angeline in 1992, his brothers and sisters, and Gloria’s husband, Larry C. Jansen.

A memorial service for Ken will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tim Albrecht officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
