Kelly J. Foltz

Kelly J. Foltz, age 49, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was born on June 5, 1960 in Oshkosh; daughter of Kenneth and Ruth (Norman) Polfuss. She and Barry Foltz were married at First English Lutheran Church, Appleton. Kelly worked for over 25 years with Affinity Health System. She loved camping, reading and spending time with her family especially her grandson. Kelly is survived by her husband, her mother, her four daughters, Karie (Josh) Roemer, Neenah, Rose (Kyle) Foltz, Neenah, Maggie (fiancé, Matt) Roemer, Neenah and Katie Foltz, Neenah, her grandson, Logan Roemer, her sister, Kathy (Steve) Drier, Appleton, her brother, Keith (Michele) Polfuss, Appleton and by her nieces and nephews, Jill, Stephanie, Alison and Melissa Drier and Derek and Matt Polfuss. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Polfuss, her maternal grandparents, Alice and John Norman and her paternal grandparents, Emil and Gladys Polfuss. A memorial service for Kelly will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at First English Lutheran Church, 326 E. North St., Appleton with Rev. Mary Bauer officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in her name.

Kelly's family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Hematology and Oncology at St. Elizabeth Hospital especially Dr. Meenakshi Thirunavu and a special thank you to Maggie for taking such wonderful care of her.
