Kelly L. Berg, age 48, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022, unexpectedly of natural causes in her home. She was born on June 4, 1973, in Appleton, WI, the daughter of Suzanne (McKendry) and Leon Lauer. Kelly was an employee of ThedaCare for more than 25 years. Kelly was united in marriage to Jon Berg on June 25, 2005. Kelly’s passions in life included music, travel, her friends, and family. Kelly will be remembered for her strong will and compassion for others.
Kelly is survived by her husband: Jon; sister: Amy (Rob) Adamson; mother: Sue (Jim) Lauer; nephews: Jordan and Logan Adamson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Kelly was preceded in death by her father: Leon Lauer, maternal grandparents: Charles and Helen McKendry, and paternal grandparents: Norbert and Betty Lauer.
A memorial service will be held at 4 PM, Thursday, March 17, at Wichmann-Fargo Funeral Home, 537 N Superior St, Appleton, WI. Visitation will start at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Harbor House Domestic Abuse support program are appreciated through the link below.
