WARRICHAIET, KAYLA RYAN

Kayla Warrichaiet, 18, of Kaukauna, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2011. She was born on August 25, 1992 in Kaukauna, the daughter of Michael and Keri (Schweitzer) Warrichaiet. Kayla was a senior at Kaukauna High School. She was a member of the choir and enjoyed singing. Kayla loved reading, spending time with friends and facebook.

She is survived by her parents: Mike and Keri Warrichaiet, Kaukauna; brothers: Nicholas (special friend Kristina Cerjak) Warrichaiet, Milwaukee and Sean Warrichaiet, Kaukauna; paternal grandfather: Joseph Warrichaiet, Pound; maternal grandparents: Dale Schweitzer, Longview, Washington and Beverly Schweitzer, Longview, Washington; uncles and aunts: Mark (Lauri) Warrichaiet, Goodyear, Arizona; godfather, Keith (special friend Nancy Dahlin) Warrichaiet, Green Bay; Chris McComas, Kelso, Washington; Kathy McComas, Kalama, Washington; Laurie McComas, Kalama, Washington and Kelly Schweitzer, Longview, Washington; cousin and godmother: Kirstin (Scott) LaRoy, Lakewood, Washington. Kayla is further survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Sophie Warrichaiet.

The funeral liturgy for Kayla will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, January 14, 2011 at HOLY CROSS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 309 Desnoyer Street, Kaukauna. Father Tom Pomeroy will be officiating. Burial will take place at Brookside Cemetery, Town of Pensaukee. A time of visitation and support will be held at the church from 4:00 pm until the time of mass.
