Age 48, died Sunday, April 7, 2002, quietly at her home, surrounded by her loving family. After a courageous battle with cancer, Kathy was taken to heaven on the wings of angels. Kathy, a loving mother, sister, and grandmother, was born on December 19, 1953, in Appleton, to the late Raymond J. and Elizabeth (Loughrin) Kraft. Survivors include her daughters, Janie Probst, Atlanta, Georgia; Heidi (fiancé Jesse) Probst, Oshkosh; Bethany Probst, Menasha; her son, Dylan (Jenny) Probst; her grandchildren, Forrest Nissen, Appleton; Shane Sager, Little Chute; and Kylie Probst, Little Chute; her brothers and sisters, Dennis Kraft, Appleton; Dan (Connie) Kraft, Appleton; Theresa (Jay) Hagman, Appleton; Nancy (Tim) Waaso, Bridgman, Michigan; Jim Kraft, Kimberly; Russ (Tami) Kraft, Weyauwega; and Paul (Amy) Kraft, Winchester, Massachusetts; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Kraft.

Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2002, at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME–TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 3212 South Oneida Street, Menasha, with Fr. James Vennix officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of services. A memorial has been established in Kathy‚Äôs name.
