Karen L. Tuszka

Karen L. Tuszka, 82, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025. She was born on April 18, 1943, to her parents James and Belle (McDonell) Toman in Menasha, Wisconsin.

Karen was born and raised in Menasha. She graduated from Menasha High School. She met the love of her life, Richard, in the 7th grade. They were high school sweethearts and got married in 1960. Together they raised 2 children, Jay and Jill.

She loved to busy herself with plants and flowers when the family business and her children didn’t steal her attention.

Karen is survived by her children: Jay (Julie) Tuszka and Jill (John) Burke; grandchildren: Kevin Blank and Riley Tuszka; sister Nola Sodolski; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and sisters: Nancy Kessler, Patricia Reinke.

There will be a funeral service on Tuesday July 1, 2025. The visitation will be from 10am to noon with the funeral liturgy starting at noon. Pastor Alan from Prince of Peace will be officiating.
