Justin Michael Bork 35, of Hortonville, passed away on October 23, 2023. He was born on May 4, 1988, in Elgin, IL, the son of Brian Bork and Cynthia Dosey. Justin loved to learn. He scoured YouTube and other sources to learn about how things were made, science, history, and a variety of other topics. An avid reader, he devoured literature and was a huge fan of the works of Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman and, most recently, Neal Stephenson as well as many other authors. Justin’s talents as a singer were showcased at karaoke, including winning a local competition. He sang in a band at one time as well. His musical tastes ranged from classical to metal and almost everything in between. Justin had a deep connection with his circle of loved ones. He went out of his way to cheer up a friend or help someone out. Animals, especially dogs, held a special place in his heart. He loved gaming with his friends and shared a special love of comic books and Star Wars with his dad. Justin worked in the hospitality industry and most recently was a very happy delivery driver and pizza creator for Stuc’s Pizza.
Justin is survived by his father, Brian and stepmother Rose Bork; his mother, Cynthia Bork and her fiancé James Bailey; his Grandparents Jim and Michelle Bork, Sue Bork, and Ray and Alice Noffke; his aunts and uncles, Deanna (Clint) Overby, Deb (Bill) McKernan, Paula (Steve) Tobey-Duck, David (Peggy) Dosey as well as dozens of close cousins and friends, including a very special relationship with his cousin Ian Tobey. We are grateful to his friends Matt and Jordan for their loving support of Justin in the recent past.
Justin was preceeded in death by his Great Grandfather Lester Bork and Great Grandmother Dorris Bork and his grandparents Dan and Lois Dosey.
