Justice Sean Kimberlynn Vosters, age 18, of Kimberly, earned her wings unexpectedly and far too early on Valentine’s Day 2020. Justice was born on May 31, 2001, in Neenah, daughter of Matthew Tullberg and Raegan (Webb) Vosters. Justice not only loved her cat: Mēlo but also loved Hello Kitty. She was looking forward to the day she could move into her own apartment and find a new independence.
