Joyce D. Taggart, age 83, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015. She is survived by her three children: Robert, Mary and Susie Taggart. She is also survived by her grandson, Jerome Taggart. The funeral service for Joyce will take place at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 5 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME-LAEMMRICH CHAPEL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
