JoAnn Kuhn

August 3, 1928 — April 14, 2015

Miss JoAnn E. Kuhn, age 86, passed away at St. Nicholas Hospital – Sheboygan, Wisconsin on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 with family at her side.

JoAnn was the first born to Benjamin and Isabelle (Smith) Kuhn on August 3, 1928. A lifelong resident of Menasha, she graduated from St. Mary's High School, then worked for American Can, retiring after more than 45 years with the company. JoAnn had many special friends living at Regency Apartments in Menasha. Most recently she moved to Golden Living in Sheboygan to be near her family.

Miss Kuhn is survived by one sister along with many nieces and nephews that she was extremely proud of. While she did not have children of her own, they were all very close to her, and she to them. JoAnn loved to play Bingo and was an excellent knitter, which we all benefited from.

Great nieces and nephews: James(Kimberly)Feider, Jason(Kristen)Konz, Lindsay Konz, Jeff(Danielle)Konz, Mallory (Thomas)Gonzales, Kayla & Samantha Konz, Kyle, Christine & Caitlyn Nielsen, Benjamin (Andrea Joy), Richard & Brian Boeshaar, Elizabeth, Andrew, Alexander, & Matthew Kuhn, and Frank & Madeline Parker.

JoAnn's 12 “Great-Greats” where equally special: Alexander, Isabella & Maxwell Spicer, Elsie Feider, Ava Cornelius, Alivia & Conner Konz, Anna, Jackson, Alyson, Ashlee Boeshaar, Brody Boeshaar, Peyton Nielsen, Logan LeFors, and her most recent joy, the approaching arrival of Baby Feider in September.

Welcoming her to Heaven were her parents, Benjamin (1971) & Isabelle (1965), a sister and brother in law, Barbara (1993) & Glenn (2001) Konz, a brother and sister in law Roy (2002) & Jan (2012) Kuhn, two nieces – Patrice and Pamela Konz (1960), and two great nieces – Brittany Konz (1986) and Stephanie Feider Spicer (2012) along with many other relatives.

A Memorial Mass for JoAnn will be held at 11:00 AM on SATURDAY, MAY 16, 2015 at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH (528 Second St., Menasha) with Fr. Paul Paider officiating.

Private burial has taken place.

The family especially thanks: Jackie, Janette, Belle and Grace for their friendship and help. Also to everyone at Golden Living – Sheboygan for their warm welcoming, care and friendship they showed to JoAnn.
