Jerome "Jerry" Gordon Greve passed away on June 6, 2026. Jerry was born August 11, 1936, to the late Ewald and Elinore (Olm) Greve. He graduated from Appleton High in 1954. Jerry and Audrey (Bergmann) were married on March 10, 1960, and enjoyed 66 years of marriage. Jerry was employed as a millwright by Kimberly Clark at the Lakeview Mill for 41 years. He was a lifelong and active member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church ushering and volunteering in many ways. Jerry loved spending time “up north”, bowling and jigsaw puzzles and was an avid Packer, Brewer and FVL sports fan.
Jerry is survived by his wife Audrey, their 3 children and their families: Daughter Ellen(Gerry) Hosbach and their daughters Amanda (Terry) Friedrichs and their children Vanessa, Ginesa and Aliyah; Abby (Juan) Molina and their children Mariana and Sienna. Son John (Kay) Greve and their sons Mykel (Ellie) Greve and their children Cole and Quinn, Garrett Greve and Katie, Logan (Carissa) Greve; Daughter Paula (Ken) Lange and their son Jeremy (Payton) Lange and their daughter Elinore. Brother-in-law Clyde Bergmann, nieces and nephews and special cousins Bev Erdmann and David (Marlene) Radloff.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Jeanette (Alton) Loefer and Lois (Alvin) Sonnenberg, his in-laws, Marvin and Meta Bergmann, sisters-in-law Donna Bergmann and Mary Turner-Bergmann.
A funeral service will take place on Monday June 15, 2026, at 11:00am at Mount Olive Ev Lutheran Church, 930 E Florida Ave, Appleton. Friends and family may gather at the church from 9:00am until 10:45 am. Jerome will be interred at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.

Jerry’s wishes were that the Gospel be spread to everyone. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to either WELS Missions or Costa Maya Ministries.
